Are you creative, practical and passionate about interiors? This role suits someone who enjoys styling spaces, helping customers with design choices, and taking part in the hands-on side of flooring projects.

The Company
Join a trusted family-owned homeware retailer known for its genuine customer relationships and strong range of contemporary carpet, vinyl, timber and laminate flooring.
The Job
A great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in retail and interiors.
You’ll:
- Welcome customers into the showroom and help them choose flooring that suits their style
- Create simple quotes, learn room measuring, and coordinate with installers
- Keep displays looking fresh and well presented
- Support the team with customer enquiries and general showroom duties
- The role is 5 days per week, including two Saturday mornings per month.
The Right Person
We’re looking for someone with:
- A genuine interest in interior design and styling
- Practical skills and a willingness to learn technical aspects of flooring
- Confidence engaging with customers
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to take direction
Retail, design or trade experience is a bonus but not essential if you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn.
