About the role:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find a property they truly love. With all warm leads provided, your focus will be on building genuine relationships, guiding buyers through the process, and turning interest into results. There’s no cap on your earning potential so the better you connect, the more you’ll earn. This is a rare opportunity as you don’t need a real estate license to sell. 

You’ll receive thorough training and support from day one, and you will be set up with everything you need to succeed. That said, this role suits someone who’s confident in their abilities and ready to put in the effort. The structure and systems are strong – what you bring is your energy, drive, and time. Flexibility is key, and while weekend property showings will be part of the role, how you manage your week is up to you.

• You're comfortable working in a commission-only model and love the idea of being rewarded directly for your effort

• You’ve experienced the home-buying process yourself and understand how important integrity is when it comes to finances and negotiation
• You’re a natural communicator – warm, approachable, and professional when connecting with clients
