- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Commitment to culturally safe, whānau-centred practice

- Interest in service improvement and clinical leadership
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- NZ professional registration with a current APC in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or Child Psychotherapy
- Clinical experience working within child and adolescent mental health and/or neurodevelopmental services
- A full, clean New Zealand driver licence
Experience within iCAMHS services or familiarity with the CAPA model is advantageous but not essential.
You will join a collaborative and supportive team committed to improving outcomes for children, young people and whānau through evidence-based and equitable care.
