The Role

This is a hands on Quality Assurance role where you’ll be responsible for reviewing internal processes, identifying risk, and ensuring the business is operating in line with policies, regulations, and best practice. Working closely with the Risk & Compliance team, you’ll play a key role in delivering assurance activity, supporting audits, and improving internal controls across the business.

This is a Monday to Friday role based in the office, offering a great mix of analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting assurance testing and internal reviews 
• Supporting the delivery of the internal audit and compliance programme
• Identifying risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement
• Reviewing policies, procedures, and internal controls for effectiveness
• Reporting findings and working with stakeholders on improvements
• Analysing trends and causes of non compliance issues
• Supporting ongoing improvements to frameworks, processes, and reporting
• Working closely with teams across the business to provide guidance

About You

You’re someone who enjoys digging into detail, asking questions, and improving how things are done. You’re confident working across teams and can balance analysis with practical solutions. We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in audit, compliance, QA, or analysis
• Exposure to financial services or a regulated environment
• Understanding of NZ regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
