Warehouse Manager

You’ll be a motivated, results-focused warehouse leader excited about adding value, shaping the operational delivery of the warehouse and contributing to long term growth.

You will:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy, high productivity, and service performance consistency
• Drive SOPs and ensure flawless system utilisation (WMS) to maintain data integrity and operational visibility
• Oversee operational planning, resourcing, and workflow management to efficiently meet complex customer and business needs
• Act as the primary operational contact for key customers
• Champion a site-wide H&S culture
• Coach and develop a high-performing team
• Manage the site P&L, forecast resources, control cost drivers and identify opportunities for continuous cost and process efficiency improvements

Who we're looking for:

• A proven leader with significant experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse 
• Experience in 3PL logistics environments
• Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing emerging leaders and building resilient teams
• Strong technical knowledge of modern warehouse processes, WMS systems
• Strong knowledge of modern H&S standards
• Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and identifying cost control opportunities
• A decisive, solution-oriented leader who can balance operational urgency with safety, customer, and compliance requirements
• A committed change agent who uses data and KPIs to drive practical process improvements
