This position sits across both quality assurance and risk and compliance, giving you exposure to a wide range of business activities and stakeholders.

To be successful

You’ll come from a background in quality assurance, risk, compliance, audit, or operational review, and be comfortable working with detail while still seeing the bigger picture. Alongside that, you’ll bring:

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify trends and root causes
• Confidence working with frameworks, controls, and documented processes
• Clear communication skills and the ability to provide practical, constructive feedback
• A proactive mindset, someone who looks to improve rather than just maintain
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment (highly regarded)

Most importantly, you’re collaborative, down to earth, and enjoy working with people to get better outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Monitoring and reviewing operational processes and customer interactions
• Assessing performance against internal standards, policies, and compliance requirements
• Identifying trends, gaps, and recurring issues while helping drive improvements
• Supporting controls testing and internal audit activity
• Assisting with reporting, insights, and recommendations for key stakeholders
• Contributing to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and frameworks
• Supporting training material development and capability uplift across the business
