The Role

This is a hands on temporary role for someone who’s come from lending or financial services and knows AML/CFT inside out. You’ll be stepping into a busy environment where things move quickly, so being able to hit the ground running is key.

This isn’t a “sit back and review policy” type role, it’s very much in the detail. You’ll be supporting the day to day compliance function, helping manage risk, and making sure everything is running as it should from an AML/CFT perspective. 

There’s a solid workload ready for you, and a team who will value someone who can come in, pick things up quickly, and hit the ground running. This role is in the office, Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PM (No hybrid options available).

To be successful!

You’ll likely come from a lending, consumer finance, or broader financial services background, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment.

• Strong, hands on AML/CFT experience is a must
• Experience in lending or credit environments will really stand out
• Confident working autonomously and managing your own workload
• Detail focused, but also pragmatic in how you approach things
• Someone who can come in, add value quickly, and be part of the team

What You’ll Be Doing

• Day to day AML/CFT & CCCFA compliance support
• Transaction monitoring and investigating alerts
• Handling complaints, audits, and reviewing branch compliance 
• Supporting reporting and regulatory requirements
• Spotting gaps and suggesting practical improvements
• Working closely with the wider team across the business
